Background: In 2020, the CoR social media team introduced the CoR Digital Masterclasses project, aiming to strengthen the use of digital communications in local and regional politicians' work. In 2023, the project was relaunched while maintaining its primary goal to provide CoR members with access to digital skills and motivate them to connect and engage with their citizens online.
