Given that the effects of the crisis will have deep and lasting scars on our economies and societies in general, recovery measures must be sustainable and acceptable, so integrating sustainable development goals into the reconstruction process is of the utmost importance for our regions, cities and villages.

This workshop will be an opportunity to:

Emphasize the link between the goals of sustainable development, the recovery process and the creation of resilient societies
Show how regions and cities work together to "localize" sustainable development goals
Call on the EU not to lose momentum on the SDGs and recognize the leading role of local and regional governments in achieving the 2030 agenda.
