The Office of the European Parliament in Croatia is organizing an online conference Challenges of Digital Europe on Friday, February 26 at 10 am, where MPs Valter Flego (IDS, Renew Europe), Romana Jerković (SDP, S&D) and Karlo Ressler (HDZ, EPP) will talk about EU programs and policies aimed at fostering digital transformation and enabling faster recovery of Member States' economies from the effects of the pandemic.
It will also look at ways in which digital solutions can contribute to job creation, foster competitiveness, improve education and improve the lives of European citizens.
Miranda Novak (Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences in Zagreb), Adrian Pezdirc (artistic initiative) will talk about the challenges of adapting to the digital society, the issue of mental health in the period of corona crisis and the ways in which the individual and society are affected by the fact that virtual space has become a central place of socializing. for support of mental health of young people BoliMe) and Jelena Slade-Šilović (Atlantic group).
