Call for 2021 - Information, consultation and participation of business representatives - SOCPL-2021-INFO-REPR.

In 2021. The objectives of this Call are:
• Promoting transnational cooperation between the social partners in one or any combination in the following areas:
-Supporting the involvement of workers in anticipating and managing change and preventing and resolving disputes in the event of various forms of restructuring in companies and enterprise groups at Union level, as well as developments in the context of outsourcing, digitalisation / artificial intelligence / automation / teleworking, new forms of work.
- Support the involvement of workers in the design and implementation of actions to address the impact of COVID-19 measures on the workforce, eg teleworking, short-term work programs, redundancies.
• Promoting the exchange and dissemination of knowledge, good practices and initiating actions aimed at supporting the establishment and good functioning of transnational mechanisms and bodies for information, consultation and participation; Promoting transnational cooperation between the social partners to improve the involvement of workers in actions within companies to implement the European Green Agreement.

Eligible activities:
• Trainings, manuals and any other types of field activities, exchange of information and good practices with emphasis on activities that create lasting impact.
• Analysis of quantitative and qualitative aspects and results on employee and employer representation, social dialogue at the enterprise level in the context of transnational cooperation and enhanced cooperation and stakeholder proactivity in anticipation / response to changes and restructuring activities and changes in work organization, business / production models and forms of work.
• Dissemination of information through websites, publications, newsletters and other means to support the lasting impact of the action.
