Since more than two thirds of the European population live in cities, cities have a leading role in the social, ecological and economic transformation that is a priority of the European Green Plan.
The European Commission has launched new calls for projects under Horizon Europe's Work Programme for 2023-2024 Cluster 5 – which groups together topics on Climate Action, Energy and Mobility.
